Core product & criteria
Our underlying lending product is a straightforward term loan where the borrower pays a fixed interest rate over a specified time period. We provide loans to established businesses, assessing them on their own merits with flexible repayment terms which can be amortizing and/or ballon.
Loan Purposes
Our skills and experience enable us to fund a variety of scenarios; from growth to acquisitions (including management buy outs), refinancing and restructures. Whatever the loan purpose, our aim is to become a long-term funding partner to the businesses that we support.
Acquisitions & Growth
We can structure bespoke facilities within the tight timescales that event driven transactions like acquisitions, MBOs, and EOTs demand. We also provide funding for organic growth.
Refinance & Working Capital
We can structure flexible solutions to refinance existing debt facilities and provide additional working capital where required.
